1 The general terms and conditions apply to all orders for products on the Rozencia.be website managed by DELLSOFT SRL (hereinafter referred to as Rozencia), registered with the corporate registry under number 0740.476.125 (VAT BE 0740.476.125) and whose registered office is located at Boulevard Louis Mettewie 40/10 - 1080 Brussels, Belgium. Any order for a product listed in the online store of the rozencia.be site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions as well as acceptance of our privacy policy.

Consequently, the customer acknowledges being fully informed that his agreement concerning the content of these general terms and conditions does not require the handwritten signature of this document, as long as the customer wishes to order online the products presented within the framework of the website's store.

2 The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

In case of an order to a country other than Belgium you are the importer of the concerned product(s). Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall under the jurisdiction of Rozencia. They will be at your expense and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

Rozencia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Rozencia until full payment of the price.

Caution: as soon as you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.

Rozencia reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason, especially in case of supply problem, or in case of difficulty concerning the order received.

4 Any order appearing on the website www.rozencia.be presupposes adherence to these General Conditions. Any confirmation of your order entails your full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

The set of data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

You declare to have perfect knowledge of it.

The order confirmation will act as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

A summary of the information of your order and of these General Conditions will be communicated to you in PDF format via the email address of confirmation of your order.

5 Validating your order implies an obligation on your part to pay the indicated price.
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card or bank transfer. The transactions are completely secure and managed by MultisafePay.

6 In accordance with Book VI of the Economic Law Code (CDE), the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after the day of delivery of the product.

Please, if possible, return the non-damaged product(s), complete (original packaging, accessories, manual), and do not apply the shipping label directly on the packaging of the returned product(s) by using an appropriate cardboard for transport.

The consumer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal must contact Rozencia.be within 14 working days.
According to Art. VI.49. [1 § 1st, the consumer informs the company, before the expiration of the withdrawal period, of his decision to withdraw from the contract. To do this, the consumer may:

• 1° use a model of withdrawal form
• 2° make another unambiguous statement setting out his decision to withdraw from the contract

For ease, the options available to the consumer are clearly explained on the customer service page and our return policy (beyond the 14-day withdrawal period) is detailed on our returns page.

In accordance with articles VI.45, 8° and VI.50 CDE, Rozencia refunds the payment(s) received from the consumer who exercises his right of withdrawal, including delivery costs, without undue delay and upon recovery of the returned goods.

Article VI.45, §1, 11° CDE stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be granted in the case of:

• food products
• cosmetic products
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed by the consumer after delivery

7 Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site www.rozencia.be and within the limits of available stocks. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made, otherwise you will be refunded promptly.

Furthermore, the website www.rozencia.be is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore Rozencia reserves the right to refuse orders of identical items.

8 Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order validation page.

In case of shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that was indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in case of delivery delay, you have the possibility to cancel the order. However, the cancellation of the order must be made before the shipment of the latter by Rozencia. If in the meantime you receive the product we will proceed to its refund and the shipping costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

In case of deliveries by a carrier, Rozencia cannot be held responsible for delivery delay due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointments.

9 Rozensia commits to refunding or exchanging products that are defective or do not match your order. In this case, we thank you to state it by email at

and to return the products according to the procedure described in our delivery conditions (note: a return of defective products is not always necessary, sometimes a photo of the defect is enough for some manufacturers). Rozencia will proceed, at your choice, to the exchange or refund of the concerned products. We thank you to kindly inform us of said defect as soon as possible, the legal deadline being max. 45 days after the discovery of the defect.

Please, if possible, return the non-compliant products in the condition in which you received them with all the elements delivered (accessories, packaging, instructions...).

In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty relating to the warranty of hidden defects.

10 The products offered comply with current Belgian legislation. The responsibility of Rozencia cannot be held in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

Furthermore, Rozencia cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Finally, the responsibility of Rozencia cannot be held for all the inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a service break, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses.

11 The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, the Belgian courts of Brussels will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12 All elements of the site www.rozencia.be are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Rozencia. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any title whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photo, logo, visual or sound. Any simple or by hyperlink is strictly prohibited without the express written agreement of Rozencia.

13 Rozencia reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data about you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as to improve the services and information we send to you.

They can also be forwarded to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment.

These information and data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

14 Rozencia will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy.
