We do everything to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

Practical Information

We keep you informed by email at every step of the preparation of your package, the tracking link of your order and other delivery information will be available in your customer account.

If you do not receive our emails, please check your junk mail (spam folder) and add our address info@rozencia.be to your contact list.
Please also ensure there is no mistake in the email address you have provided us through your customer account.

Attention: orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 working days. For example, if you place your order on a Friday evening, it will not be prepared until Monday or Tuesday. There may sometimes be a delay of 1 or 2 days in the preparation of orders. Thank you for your patience.
The delivery time of 1 to 4 working days starts once the parcel has left our depot (order status = "shipped") and not from the moment you confirm your order.

Other European Union countries

We do not deliver to countries not listed above.

Returns up to 45 days

For shipping and handling costs of returns, a contribution of 7.50 € for Belgium and 11 € for other destinations is deducted from the refund of the items.
To return items purchased on our site, please contact our customer service via the contact form which will provide you with the return label to affix to your return package.

Please make sure to provide us with the information related to the product you wish to exchange, such as the order reference, the product reference, your telephone number, and the reasons for this request.

We thank you for returning the products in the condition in which you received them, with all the items delivered (accessories, original packaging, manual...). Please do not affix the return label directly on the original product packaging but use an appropriate shipping box. Refunds are made after verification of the returned items and can only be made if the products have not been used and can be resold.

Note that any opened or tried product cannot be returned or resold. Rozencia reserves the right to refuse the return request if it is not justified.
